SF Express does not deliver to remote areas (including but not limited to: Mai Po, Lo Wu, outlying islands, etc.). For further details, please consult customer service.
If the weight or volume of the shipment is excessively large, the company reserves the right to switch to another courier service.
In the event of any disputes, the final decision of Buyippee Company shall prevail.
In cases of lost or damaged items during transit, SF Express's compensation will be handled according to the terms and conditions stated on the SF Express waybill. Customers are responsible for assuming the risks associated with shipping.

Once your package arrives the designated Circle K, you will receive an SMS for the collection code to pick up your package. Please be reminded the package must pick up within 2 days after receiving the SMS. Otherwise, your package will return to us within 3-5 days and there will have extra charge for re-sending the package.
